To use CBT Express Banking please have available at the time you call:

• Your assigned access number (Assigned at account opening)
• Your Personal Identification Number (PIN)
  • The first time you call, your PIN will be the last 4 digits of your Social Security number.  You will then be asked to select a new PIN.
